Web3 People Operations Coordinator

RECUR is seeking a People Operations Coordinator to join its team full-time. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team, where you will be focused on owning Onboarding, Offboarding and the Employee Experience. Success in this role means helping the People Operation team turn ideas into reality while effectively coordinating and delivering purposeful People programs to drive RECURS values, mission and culture as we continue to scale. You enjoy managing multiple projects at once, are very detail-oriented and organized, learn quickly, and have a track record of being adaptable in a fluid, hyper-growth environment.

What you will do at RECUR

  • Keep our HRIS (BambooHR) updated, assisting with reporting as necessary
  • Create and maintain employee files (Google Drive), ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Update and maintenance employee data in all other People Ops systems such as WorkBright, GoodHire, Sequoia and CultureAmp
  • Auditing of files to ensure consistency and compliance with employment laws and certifications
  • Manage global onboarding and offboarding, iterating and improving processes to ensure top-notch operations
  • Manage and update People Operations templates and process documentation
  • Be the go-to resource for general team member questions
  • Coordinate team member events and team happiness initiatives across geo-locations
  • Assist with culture, L+D, DEI, and other People Ops initiatives as required

What you bring to RECUR

  • 1-3 years of professional experience in an People Operations, HR or Recruiting role
  • Passionate about the Employee Experience and Customer Service
  • Strong attention to detail, including data entry into spreadsheets, onboarding platforms, and/or HRIS systems
  • Great team player with a collaborative mindset towards the team
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and drive towards aggressive deadlines
  • Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
  • Thoughtfulness, flexibility, and a positive attitude
  • Exceptional ethics around confidentiality and highly sensitive information
  • Strong plus if you have familiarity with Google Suite and Mac iOS.
