About the role

You will operate in a fast-paced environment—we are growing quickly, and as a distributed team, onboarding employees across the globe. 

As the People Operations Lead, your role is to empower employees and facilitate their day-to-day work life. You will have the opportunity to design and implement best-in-class processes for employees,  from hiring and onboarding to introducing training and development programs and retention mechanisms. At the same time, you’ll work closely with the founders on aligning hiring and growth plans with business goals and strategic initiatives. In short, you will help us find, develop, motivate and retain our team.
