Chainalysis is hiring a Web3 People Technology Manager
Compensation: $130k - $165k

The People Technology Manager focuses on executing our Workday strategy, roadmap, and user experience enhancements.
In one year you’ll know you were successful if…
- You’ve supported the development of a global technology strategy that is aligned to the objectives of the People Team and organization overall
- You’ve established robust relationships and stakeholder buy-in from teams across Corporate Functions (People, Talent, Finance, BizTech, et al) and the business
- You’ve built a robust strategic roadmap and have a thorough understanding of how Workday is used across Chainalysis
- You’re data-driven in tracking progress and updates to the roadmap and communicating status or changes to stakeholders
- You understand how we leverage technology to ensure teams are working harmoniously across all of our technical investments i.e. Greenhouse, Lessonly, ADP, Okta, etc
- You’ve managed our Workday biannual releases and enhancements
- You’ve enhanced our reporting and analytics capabilities utilizing Workday Worksheets and Discovery Boards
- You’re continuously building, testing, and deploying new functionality to deliver against the overall People team roadmap
A background like this helps:
- Ability to translate technical / Workday terminology into layman’s terms and have a consultative approach
- Established background in Workday HCM Suite, across all modules
- Can easily manage day-to-day Workday maintenance and support, including configuration, testing, security, notifications, transactions
- Experience with data and transaction quality and management with stakeholders such as People Ops, TA Ops, and Finance
- Understanding of data structure and data warehouse concepts - is able to work with our BizTech Analytics team on data requirements and business cases
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, can create materials and resources to support Workday processes, including setting up and leading demonstrations and building quick reference / how to guides
- Can liaise with Workday and any consultants to address issues / support / implement new functionality
- Able to switch direction quickly and reprioritize when necessary
- Able to operate responsibly with confidential information, keeping our employees’ and organization’s data privacy in mind at all times

We set standard base salary ranges for all roles based on function, level, and location, benchmarked against technology companies. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, relevant work experience, skillset, internal equity, and other factors, consistent with applicable law.
The salary range for this position is dependent on where you live within the United States. Chainalysis maintains two pay zones: Zone 1 includes team members in the New York City metro area and team members in the San Francisco Bay Area. Zone 2 encompasses all other parts of the United States. The salary ranges are:
Zone 1 $130,000 - $165,500 - $205,000
Zone 2 $112,000 - $145,000 - $178,000
Base salary is just one part of our total rewards package which additionally includes equity, performance bonus or commissions for eligible roles, and competitive benefits.
