Web3 Process Manager

For our Sofia office the Customer Care team is looking for a dynamic, experienced Process Manager who will work closely with all the divisions of CS Operations and Operation Support Teams in determining needs for improvement, proactively suggesting such to the CS Management Team.

Responsibilities:

• Meeting with CS Management to discuss business objectives;
• Analyzing the efficiency and costs of existing business processes;
• Identifying areas of improvement;
• Creating and presenting process improvement reports;
• Overseeing the implementation of new business processes;
• Managing Process Architects and Process Analysts;
• Troubleshooting and improving new processes;
• Updating process and procedure policies;
• Conducting ongoing analysis of processes in line with industry regulations;
• Staying up to date with the latest technology and improvement strategies.

• 1+ years of similar experience;
• Bachelor's degree;
• Impeccable attention to detail;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Ability to be a self-starter, work under minimal supervision, and meet all goals within SLA;
• Self-motivated, attentive to detail and not afraid but excited from often changes;
• Multitasker, not afraid of highly dynamic environment and constant change;
• Fast learner with an eye to synthesize details and connect the dots between complex data relationships;
• Proficiency in verbal and written English. Fluency in an additional language is a strong plus.
