  • Planning and delivering shoots alongside creatives across multiple locations

  • Managing all pre-production and post-production, including:

    • Briefing

    • Scheduling

    • Logistics

    • Legal requirements and releases

  • Acting as the main point of contact for shoot teams, confidently troubleshooting issues and keeping productions on track

  • Ensuring shoot guides are followed and providing clarity to teams quickly and effectively

  • Managing spend against the content budget, with a clear understanding of ROI across internal and external resources

  • Negotiating with suppliers to ensure best value without sacrificing quality

  • Reviewing final assets post-production to ensure imagery and film meet agreed creative standards (lighting, retouch, framing, hero selections, etc.)

  • Delivering shoots to agreed timelines while meeting, and ideally exceeding, creative benchmarks

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience as a Creative or Photography Producer, ideally working across both stills and motion

  • A strong passion for film, photography and visual storytelling

  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable running multiple productions in parallel

  • Confident working with senior creatives, suppliers, and internal stakeholders

  • Solutions-focused, with the ability to calmly problem-solve under pressure

  • Comfortable challenging briefs, processes, and decisions when it improves the work

  • A strong eye for detail and a genuine commitment to high creative standards

  • Experience working at pace, with tight timelines and budgets

  • Familiarity with scaling or fast-growth businesses, particularly within tech or culture-led brands

Nice to have

  • Experience working with leading culture, fashion, life>

  • An existing network of photographers, directors, or production partners

  • Strong working relationships with top location agents

  • Experience delivering short-term, high-impact projects on a contract basis
