Web3 Product Data Manager

About the role

Palm NFT Studio is revolutionising the Web3 and NFT industry by evolving the way leading Brands and Creators use NFTs for Storytelling and Community building. Palm NFT Studio is launching innovative and groundbreaking NFT projects on the sustainable and growing Palm Network. Palm Network is a decentralized, environmentally efficient, scalable and secure NFT blockchain solution deployed as an Ethereum sidechain.

We are looking for a Product Data Manager who’s expertise lies in managing technically challenging products across their entire lifecycle, from gathering requirements to development and release. You will provide data-driven insights that will be the crux in building new products for the Palm NFT Studio.

Keeping our audience top of mind is an essential piece to this role, in addition to identifying problems and finding solutions based on thorough research.
A typical day may involve working on validating hypotheses, collaborating with product managers, writing requirements documents, designing user journeys, iterating products, developing low and high fidelity prototypes, coordinating go to market activities, and delivering MVPs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders across the organization to identify product opportunities and roll out technology solutions that solve the business’s most important problems
• Evangelize an evidence-based approach to product development and establish the infrastructure to quickly iterate on hypotheses 
• Own the product backlog for the company’s web analytics and other key initiatives
• Model strong collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, including engineering, design, sales and operations teams to plan, prioritize, and deliver on clear outcomes 
  
• Experience launching brand new products from scratch
• Leads projects across the entire product lifecycle
• Work closely with our Tech Leads to ensure that the product is delivered on schedule and with the user in mind
• Define key metrics to track success or prioritize features
• Translate requirements of large data initiatives into smaller actionable items
• Champion data literacy within the Palm Network and drive adoption rates
• Conduct market assessments, user interviews, and testing
• Lead/implement strategic planning initiatives
• Track usage/operation performance for improvement opportunities
• Define and execute on new product and features launches, including measuring their impact and increasing their adoption
• Make objective arguments to influence stakeholders
• Be able to identify ambiguity and work to systematically drive clarity

Required skills

• 3+ years relevant product design experience
• 3+ years relevant data analytics experience
• Familiarity with project management software (i.e. Jira, Confluence)
• Well versed in Web3/NFT’s
• Broad understanding of machine learning algorithms and all things technical
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to communicate effectively to a diverse audience with varying degrees of understanding of technology
• Demonstrated strategic product thinking, with an understanding of product goals and make decisions that drive impact
• Keep up to date with current and emerging trends in design, product development, NFT’s and Blockchain
• Proven experience with, user-research, prototyping, visualization, testing, analyzing, and communicating
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple projects at once
• Biased towards action—you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and just get things done
