As a Program Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving and managing multiple projects, focusing on enhancing our remote and in-person work experiences. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring efficient execution and adoption of various programs, streamlining internal operations, and supporting analytics and tool development.
What You'll Be Doing (i.e., Job Duties)
- Lead and manage multiple projects focused on creating exceptional remote and in-person work experiences.
- Develop detailed project plans, setting clear milestones and deliverables.
- Oversee change management and communication strategies to ensure successful program adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project alignment and buy-in.
- Create and refine processes to enhance employee engagement with our programs.
- Design and implement innovative workflows and solutions to meet evolving program needs.
- Partner with People Analytics to track and report on key metrics, using insights for future program improvements.
- Develop tools and resources using Google Workspace and other platforms to support program efficiency and data management.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record in managing complex projects.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Strong capability in building and maintaining cross-functional relationships.
- Excellent written communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
- Customer-centric approach and adept at navigating through ambiguity.
- Highly organized, able to manage detailed tasks along with big-picture strategy.
- Experience in process improvement and operational efficiency.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience in developing workplace culture across distributed offices and countries.
- Proficiency in developing tools within Google Workspace.
- Background in people program development in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Jira, and Lucidchart.
Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).
