The Role
RippleNet and RippleX are growing rapidly and we are looking for a results-oriented and passionate Program Manager to support team planning, process optimization, and general program management. Reporting to the RN and RX Chief of Staff, you will have the opportunity to own a wide variety of initiatives, including team headcount and financial planning, reporting, and other operational initiatives. You will work with team leads as well as cross-functionally to ensure that we are setting effective targets, staying on track, and quickly escalating issues to team management. You will also dive in with team leads on specific projects as needed; conducting research on industry and market trends, and working to incorporate your analysis and forecasts into strategy and planning.
The Team
RippleNet enables financial institutions to process their customers’ payments anywhere in the world instantly, reliably and cost-effectively. Payment providers, fintechs, crypto companies and banks can use XRP to further reduce their costs and access new markets. RippleNet is growing rapidly and processing a $17B annualized run-rate.
RippleX’s mission is to inspire and enable the XRPL community of developers and institutions to collectively build the Internet of Value (IoV) - which will enable the world to move value like information moves today. We contribute to open-source protocol development and innovation that enables the IoV (e.g. the XRP Ledger); we build tools and offer services, programs and support to enable developers to build on the XRPL; and we partner with financial services firms and institutions to co-develop solutions that use the XRPL and XRP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help lead our strategic planning process for RippleNet and RippleX
- Develop and implement the processes for how we manage OKR and metric setting and track business performance
- Partner with stakeholders across the company to ensure we have an achievable, integrated financial and operational plan
- Continuously monitor progress to make sure we are tracking to targets, flag when we are at risk of missing the plan, and quickly develop a plan of action
- Partner with functional leads to analyze market, industry, regulatory and technology trends and incorporate them into a comprehensive growth strategy
What We’re Looking For:
- A junior project or program manager with experience working across complex, multidisciplinary teams.
- Exceptional business judgment: ability to create sound frameworks to drive decisions
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, relationship building skills and ability to achieve results without direct reporting relationships
- Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to present a polished, professional, and diplomatic image to all stakeholders.
- Strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability for delivering high quality work
- Experience coordinating with geographically diverse teams and customers
- Ability to independently manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as liaison between business units
