About the Role

As part of the Crypto.com App team, you will be working closely with Product and Engineering to build the easiest App for users to buy/sell/store and spend Cryptocurrencies. As the number 1 most downloaded Crypto app in many markets globally, your work here will impact millions of users immediately.

The release management team will lead the management and communication of our product releases resulting in the successful launch of our initiatives.

As a hyper growth company, we are looking for people who take ownership and embrace changes as the organization evolves.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all release activities required for shipping new iterations of the Crypto.com products.
  • Manage and communicate release scope and schedules to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Devise optimal release plans that balance between business needs, technical compatibilities, and user experience.
  • Understand the urgency and implications of each change item from both business and engineering perspectives.
  • Actively manage risks and resolve issues that compromise release quality and user satisfaction.
  • Establish standard operating procedures and governance rules for release delivery.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to workflows impacting the timeliness of releases.
  • Application Management on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

  • 2-5 years of software change or project management experience.
  • Ability to act as the bridge between business and engineering teams.
  • Willingness to take initiative to troubleshoot problems and make improvements to existing ways of working.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Experience with mobile applications management, Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence), and scaled software teams is a plus.
