Web3 Researcher I

We are looking for a researcher with at least 3 years of experience in Game Theory and Mechanism Design domain to help improve our scaling platform for Ethereum. Strong theoretical background along with deep understanding of blockchain technologies is mandatory and practical implementation experience is a major plus.

• Understand the system economics, the role of different types of participants, and their interactions along with the security model to help frame future protocols.
• Understand the tradeoffs between different design choices, their social and economic implications and design systems and crypto-economic incentive structures which uplift the spirit of decentralization.
• Provide concrete viable solutions which are practically implementable under the constraints of a blockchain system.
