What will be my impact? At FalconX, you’ll help make crypto-assets a successful asset class. Some of the largest financial institutions from Wall Street to Silicon Valley worldwide will turn to you for the best market prices and insights on the crypto industry. You will become an expert on crypto industry trends and market movements. With your experience, you will shape our company’s compliance strategy according to our core values - speed, transparency, and trust. What Does Success Look Like In This Role? As a Revenue Strategy & Operations Associate, you’ll assist with the day-to-day operations of our revenue operations team. You can expect to work cross-functionally supporting many critical items partnering across marketing, sales, and institutional coverage. To be successful in this role, you must work diligently with an analytical mind, willing to continually dig deeper into everything put in front of you. Responsibilities Lead in building a Revenue Ops & Strategy model that creates operational efficiencies in the customer journey to improve customer economics and drive more incremental revenue continually.Work with Marketing to ensure all top-of-funnel activities are captured, tracked, and analyzed for potential increased conversion opportunities. Develop and implement new pricing strategies that drive incremental revenue.Create data-driven insights to drive revenue strategy development.Conduct client analysis to identify areas for increased cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.Help track and report critical operational metrics like quota attainment, pipeline coverage, and stage conversion rates for the sales organization.Support the design, development, and implementation of processes to enable effective sales planning and forecastingPerform data analyses on large and disparate datasets to gather insights required to make critical business decisions, including trade data and product adoptionLeverage team business knowledge and expertise to drive business process improvements.Assist in creating the go-to-market strategies to expand new geographies and product lines. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from a top-tier institution, MBA preferred.3-5 years of relevant experience in business operations, corporate strategy, management consulting, or investment bankingPrevious experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentAn ability to quantify business needsExperience with data management and an understanding of data transformation and visualization techniques to drive insights and data-driven decision makingStrong knowledge of G-Suite version of Excel, Word, and PowerPointExperience with Salesforce is a plus
