Job Responsibilities Assist in the operation processes related to new product listing, product parameters and model parameters updates. Proactively identify, report and ensure transparency of risks, immediate escalation of material issues to risk managers. Support risk managers and take a lead in development and automation of risk reporting and analysis. Provide qualitative and quantitative input into the documentation of risk methodologies. Provide support in handling and reporting data elements to meet regulatory requirements. Assist with documentation of risk reporting procedures and ensure in line with models and methodology documentation. Assist in the daily risk reporting and monitoring of the markets and measuring the risk exposure of market makers portfolios. Requirements
Educated to undergraduate/master level in numerate subjects. Job Requirement 1 to 3 years Financial/ Risk management experience; exchange/clearing house risk management experience preferred. Proficient in Python (1-3 years of working experience) and SQL or noSQL data structure/ data model and database management. Knowledge in any other programming language is a plus Knowledge of crypto market, corporate action events and their impacts on the pricing adjustment Rigorous and focus on details, strong logical thinking and reasoning skills Keen to develop and apply understanding of risk principles Ð Initial Margin, VaR, collateral haircuts, stress testing, back testing, liquidity stress testing. Financial/market based qualification or willingness to complete e.g. CFA/FRM/ACT. Highly proficient written and verbal communication skills. Ability to coordinate within teams across businesses. Analytical and problem solving skills. Passionate about cryptocurrency and blockchain.
