About the Opportunity:
The RPA Automation Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation of automated systems in their organization. These systems can include anything from industrial robots to computerized production lines. Automation managers work closely with engineers and other technical professionals to design, build, test, and implement these systems.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Understanding RPA (Robotic Process Automation) technologies/processes/tools
- Work with subject matter experts and business leaders to design enhanced processes
- Create clear, effective, and detailed deliverable content, including written, visual and oral development, manage and track project deliverables in a timely manner
- Measure outcomes, gather user feedback, and make program improvement improvements. Establish a base-line on the delivery of solutions
- Change Management leadership skills
- Recognizes system deficiencies and implements effective solutions
- Ensures technical teams are contributing to an integrated code library
- Leads the development lifecycle and is responsible for handling technical risks throughout the project
- Communicates and implements coding standards
- Performs code reviews and mentors junior developers
- Delivers high-quality services to our clients
- Understands complex database concepts and effectively employs different database design techniques
- Understands payment, crypto risk management processes
- Reviews the status reports of team members and addresses technical issues as appropriate
What We Look For In You:
- Bachelor or Master of Engineering, preferably in Computer Science, Automation Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics or Information Management
- System automation experience, preferably 5-6 years' experience in the Banking and Financial Services domain and 2-3 years of RPA project management
- Process improvement experience, eg six-sigma and so on
- Logical and innovative thinking
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and written and oral communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism
- Strong knowledge of .NET (C#) and .NET framework application development
- Knowledge of a scripting language (JS/ VBS/ JavaScript)
- Validated experience with programming (preferable in Java / .NET (C#, VB, etc.)/ VBA / HTML/ SQL)
- Ability to analyze, understand business problems and express it in UML or other modelling language
- Proficiency in MS Office (Access, Outlook, Excel) including macros creation
- Good interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Technically sound candidate with hands-on development experience.
