Web3 Seeking Investor Equity Partner

i-Create(.com) has been a licensed brand since 1996 (we launched in web1 that January). The royalty revenue based company was revitalized in 2021 by us two brothers. In the last two years, it sold over 30,000 NFTs, 4 Mobile Games, has a Licensed Casino Game, Licensed Novelty IRL Retail Goods, and most Importantly, has one the largest DTC Tiers with Amazon Merch on Demand.

Due to the down turn in NFT sales the last year and a half, we have decided to currently concentrate on what we have that fits a better current model for the company (where revenue can thrive and zero to little cost within program), and that's all the registered IP it owns (thousands actual copyright registered art assets) and its high tier DTC program. We are in the process of rebuilding the program and it is looking strong with over 10,000 ASINs listed already (50,000 planned by mid fall 2023) with an allowance of 1.3M ASINs to be listed in all. The value of the tier and program alone speak for itself. It took years to accomplish.

We both have FT careers/jobs outside of the business (because it allows us to do so), so no need for salaries at the moment, but the company does need a long term partner who can invest (or find investment quickly, we can discuss) to clear up minimal debt consolidation and for to invest our updated DTC program and web site (making it consumer friendly). Our brand alone is a hot name with two combined creator economy popular words "i create" which ranks us number one from millions of results and organically when searched. Everything else is basically done on the art and other tech end by us two partners brothers.

We want a partner to be involved with decisions, ideas and creativity. Phone, Zoom, Teams and Meets calls are always welcome. We are awesome to work with too (honest, talented and friendly). We need someone who understands IRL retail, web2 and the future of web3 (and gaming). Eventually we would love to have i-Create be tied into a metaverse and consumer experience with our IRL DTC program. Though at the current moment we want to get all our listings up and build that web2 DTC program first, a social following and more.

On the web3 end, we have a large library of web3 projects already to go as well (which can tie into our DTC program). Two IPs are already working in that model with their own F2P mobile games and IRL retail licensing as well.

To include, recently inked with two licensing agencies in US and Asia (for specific IPs we own).

We are also looking into the future (sooner or later) to be acquired based on what we have built and own IP wise (we have actual copyright registrations dating back to 1996 up the the current, including newly trademarked IPs). You will be part of this all. We ourselves have launched, built and sold companies and IPs in the past. Many startups would need much VC, a big creative and tech team and more, to be at the point of where we are now. We never had prior funding. We "two people" did this all on our own. Timing is good!
