Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Administration Team Lead and assist in managing the office administration functions and staff welfare, and work closely with the head office.
- Experience in a related field, such as office renovation, facilities repair & maintenance, staff welfare & company events is preferred.
- Handle office renovation & relocation projects, take imitative in enhancing staff benefits and arranging company events.
- Coordination between countries to provide administration support for the internal team and HQ.
- Lead the team in preparing the department budget, formulate, review, and maintain relevant policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations. Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
Requirements:
- Degree holder with 8 years office administrative experience (solid office renovation, staff welfare & activities exp. is a must), preferably with Fintech/ technology industry exp.
- In-depth understanding and ability to prepareoffice managementprocedures and departmental and policies
- Strong supervisory, interpersonal and negotiation skills and able to work under pressure
- Fluency in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
- Proficient PC knowledge in MS Office and Chinese typing
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
