The Role: Market & Business Intelligence Analyst

Gemini are looking for an experienced market and/or business analyst who will be responsible for supporting the Head of UK with crypto asset market analysis and the delivery and planning of milestones through analysis of UK business operational performance . This role will be central to Gemini’s UK growth and requires a candidate with an analytical mind who can manage various projects at once.

Responsibilities:

Industry insights

  • Create and execute on UK business operational analysis, helping us develop points of view on trends and priorities that can aid our engagement with customers, and identify internal performance improvement opportunities.

Market & product research

  • Support Gemini’s efforts to find product solutions for both existing and new customers in the UK market and bring them into the Gemini ecosystem.

Reporting:

  • Regularly present analyses and reports on relevant operating and financial metrics which can be compared day on day, month on month to support business strategy.
  • ​​Work with senior leadership to prioritise business information needs.
  • Responsible for developing and tracking key performance indicators for the UK market.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BSc degree or international equivalent.
  • Understanding of business analysis and business architecture methodologies particularly analytical thinking and problem solving.
  • 4+ years of experience in financial services and/or consulting.
  • Experience with high-growth companies; online platform businesses is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Experienced in working collaboratively across different teams and departments.
  • Good organisational skills and time management.
  • Flexibility working across multiple projects and tasks in a fast-growth environment.
