About the Opportunity

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • You will play a key role in bringing out the highest potential of Global Talent Acquisition teams to fuel OKX's growth.
  • Be hands-on in managing and optimizing the end-to-end talent acquisition operational processes, ensuring smooth execution and efficiency.
  • Build a trusted and accessible partnership by advocating, challenging and enabling TA leaders with forward-looking policies, programs, operations to set the pace and direction of an industry leading recruiting team.
  • Lead communications, change management, and enablement to ensure hiring teams understand how to use best practices for evaluating and attracting diverse talent pools.
  • Translate our internal and external employer brand strategy into tangible resources that the recruiting team can use to attract and nurture diverse talent pools.
    Use research, insights and industry knowledge to influence decisions and evaluate the effectiveness of inclusive recruiting programs and processes.
What We Look For In You:
  • 5+ years of recruiting operations or recruiting enablement experience.
  • Previous success in building programs and operational improvements from ideation to implementation and iteration across multiple global working groups.
  • Experience translating data points and requirements to create engaging narratives, enablement and formal project plans to lead programmatic and systemic change
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.

Nice to Haves:
  • Experience working in a high-growth and fast-paced environment, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Familiarity with global talent acquisition practices and an understanding of regional nuances in recruitment processes.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and the ability to derive meaningful insights from recruitment data.
  • Experience leading or participating in diversity and inclusion initiatives within the talent acquisition space.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile or Scrum.
