Senior Vice President & Chief Development Officer (SVP & CDO)

We are looking for a Senior Vice President & Chief Development Officer with strategic vision, innovative thinking, and outstanding execution capabilities to join our dynamic global financial and digital asset management platform. As a key member of the company's core leadership team, you will be fully responsible for the company's business growth strategy, global market expansion, and institutional partnership development, laying the foundation for the company's sustainable development in the rapidly evolving financial ecosystem.

This is a key executive position covering strategic planning, business innovation, and global resource integration. You will work closely with the CEO and the Board to develop and execute the company's long-term growth strategy, drive new market expansion, product ecosystem building, strategic investments, and high-value partnerships, ensuring the company continues to lead innovation and growth in the global financial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and lead the company's overall business development strategy, driving the implementation of new markets and products;

Coordinate institutional partnerships, strategic alliances, and capital market projects to promote the growth of the company's core business;

Work with the CEO, COO, and senior management team to drive cross-departmental strategic synergy;

Continuously assess market trends, competitive landscape, and investment opportunities, providing the company with forward-looking development advice;

Lead the global business development team and establish an efficient growth management system;

Participate in decision-making and negotiations regarding major investment and financing projects, strategic mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructuring;

Represent the company at important industry conferences, investment forums, and high-end client events to enhance brand influence.

Job Requirements:

Master's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred;

Over 20 years of senior management experience in finance, asset management, or investment banking;

Successful experience in leading market expansion, strategic investment, or global business development;

Exceptional strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and cross-cultural leadership;

Deep understanding of financial market structures, capital operations, and the digital asset ecosystem;

Excellent communication, coordination, and execution skills; able to efficiently drive strategy implementation in complex environments.
