Vice President of Strategy and Business Development

Job Overview

The Vice President of Strategy and Business Development is a core member of the company's senior leadership team, fully responsible for formulating and executing the company's medium- and long-term development strategies, driving business growth, market expansion, and the building of the partner ecosystem.

This position requires a macro-strategic vision, deep industry insight, and excellent execution and coordination skills, enabling the candidate to find new growth engines and innovative paths for the company in the highly competitive and rapidly changing global financial markets.

He/She is not only a strategic planner but also a driving force behind the company's business implementation and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the company's overall strategic planning, identify industry trends and innovation opportunities, and ensure the company's direction aligns with global market developments;

Design and execute business development strategies, including market entry, strategic partnerships, M&A integration, and new product incubation;

Promote cross-departmental collaboration to ensure a high degree of alignment between strategic goals and business execution;

Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with key clients, financial institutions, and strategic partners;

Analyze the market competitive landscape and optimize company resource allocation and investment decisions;

Represent the company in major business negotiations and strategic alliance projects;

Report regularly to the Board of Directors and CEO on the progress of strategic execution and business development results.

Job Requirements

Master's degree or above in finance, economics, strategic management, or a related field;

Over 20 years of experience in financial institutions, investment banking, asset management, or consulting;

Familiarity with capital markets, derivatives, digital assets, or cross-border financial services is preferred;

Outstanding capabilities in strategic planning, business development, M&A, or partner management;

Excellent analytical judgment, negotiation skills, and leadership;

International perspective and cross-cultural teamwork ability;

Strong sense of responsibility and results-oriented mindset.
