We’re Moonwalk. We’re the easiest way to build community in Web3 using no code tools. We help brands and creators engage and reward their communities using digital assets such as NFTs, tokens and branded wallets.

Our mission is to make it easy to create communities that foster direct connections with fans and customers using digital assets that unlock digital and IRL experiences.

We’re a group of inspired creators who believe the new medium of Web3 using NFT’s and digital assets allow individuals to participate in the development and growth of brands and communities like never before. We are obsessed with delivering easy to use, intuitive and effective products as an on ramp into Web 3.0 and the Metaverse.

About the role

As a Site Reliability Engineer you will play a pivotal role in creating a stable and reliable platform in a fast-paced environment. You'll work with existing infrastructure and tooling and be able to identify new tooling and improvements that can be made for maximum observability.

You will own the CI/CD pipelines and ensure developers can move quickly. You'll dive into the code and ensure best practices are implemented for error handling and monitoring. You'll ensure the team is notified when a user encounters an unexpected issue so we can be proactive with fixes. You are expected to be independent, motivated, and driven to deliver exceptional technical solutions.

Our stack is built on ReactJS, GraphQL, Node.js and MongoDB running on AWS and PaaS infrastructure like Vercel and Render, while our CI/CD is built in Github actions and PaaS offerings. Our Web3 focus is on EVM chains and Solana.

Who We’re Looking For:

• First and foremost - you are self-motivated, independent, eager to learn, and can tackle challenging problems in a small, fast-moving team environment
• You’re willing to jump in where needed - whether that be improving error message handling, cut down the docker build times, figuring out why a request is taking longer-than-expected, or implementing a new observability tool to increase proactive monitoring
• You have 4+ years of experience as an engineer focused on building out resilient web applications
• You have strong experience with ReactJS, NodeJS, and GraphQL
• You get excited about problem solving, building, and seeing code pushed to production
• You have an interest in blockchain technology and decentralized applications
• You are relentlessly passionate about your work, the quality of your output, and writing concise code

Nice To Have's:

• Experience with Grafana and other modern observability tooling
• Experience with GraphQL and Apollo tracing
