Prime Trust is hiring a Web3 Software Engineer
Compensation: $45k - $72k estimated

Job Brief Summary
Prime Trust is seeking a hands-on software development engineer for a full-timeremoteposition based in the United States to help us build, support, and scale Prime Trust products. You can expect to design, develop and test new features and modules of our platform. In addition to adding functionality, an important aspect of this role will be to design & enhance performance, usability & scalability to meet the requirements of our rapidly growing customer base. You will be working on a cross-function team of software engineers, designers, product managers and QA.
You should be comfortable working with fully remote teams (as you’ll work with many folks in time zones different from your own), and also excited about fostering an inclusive environment. Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering managers to define and assess scope, estimates & priority of work for various features and enhancements
- Set technical direction and own the design and implementation of assigned modules and features
- Work to define and adhere to our internal coding standards, development processes, and continue to improve best practices
- Make architecture recommendations and drive alignment with Product and peers
- Develop new features and enhance existing features with a test-driven mindset
- Investigate and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Provide mentorship, guidance, feedback, and suggestions to teammates
Experience & Skills Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Strong experience building RESTful APIs using technologies such as Ruby, Node.js, JavaScript or TypeScript
- Experience with full Software Development Lifecycle across multiple projects
- Team player and an excellent listener, collaborator, and communicator
- Passionate about solving engineering problems and seeing your solution through to the finished product
- Experience with supporting production environments and remediating issues
- Maintain a growth mindset - looking a problem and thinking, “I don’t know how to fix this, but I can figure it out” and then breaking the problem down and owning the solution
- Experience (or willingness) to work with a fully remote team across all time zones
- Knowledge and experience working with Crypto, Trading platforms & FinTech infrastructure & solutions highly desirable
Education
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field is required
