Job Brief

Prime Trust is seeking an Institutional Solution Lead-Strategic Accounts to collaborate with the Sales Leadership, Sales Engineering and Product teams to discover & understand complex customer business problems and requirements in order to translate and create a solution leveraging the Prime Trust platform. This role seeks to illustrate the value and benefits of the Prime Trust offering via an engaging story.

The Solution Lead will be positioned to work with Prime Trust's largest and most visible clients and prospects architecting and proposing solutions to meet their needs for their current and future digital asset businesses as well as defining vision and product strategy for this business segment for the company

This position reports to the Vice President, Solution Engineering ‚Äď and is designated Remote.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Ability to inspire confidence of clients and prospects in a solution architecture and product leadership role, understand and validate their current and projected vision, business and technical requirements
  • Formation and make clear, concise, and actionable recommendations. Good executive presentation skills and overall communication.
  • Understanding of complex customer business problems, visualizing customer internal systems and information topology, and mapping customer goals and objectives to Prime Trust solutions
  • Ability to establish confidence in recommendations via product expertise, custom product demonstrations, technical phone calls, workflow outlines, RFP/RFI responses, product roadmap discussions & business process diagrams
  • Lead and evangelize with solution architectures that drives trusted, long-term, high ROI solutions. Partner with sales to deliver on revenue plan and the product organization to drive strategy and messaging repeatable high value solutions.
  • Exhibit proficiency of the core platform, including all current and future features
  • Work on multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment with changing priorities
  • Values and demonstrates professionalism, self-motivation, and sense of urgency
  • High degree of initiative and ability to meet expectations with limited direction and oversight

Experience And Skills
  • Minimum 8+ years of prior experience within a mid-market or enterprise-level, pre-sales and/or product management role in client facing role for SaaS solutions and concepts. Customer facing product management experience preferred.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent in relevant work experience
  • Willingness to travel 45% or more as needed
  • Proficient in developing and delivering presentations and/or software demonstrations in person and virtually
  • Skilled in creation and presentation of technical business documentation like workflow diagrams, proposals, SOWs, RFPs and RFIs, etc.
  • Industry knowledge is preferred or the ability to quickly develop a deep knowledge base in the crypto, banking and trading systems space
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Proven experience working with employees at all levels of an organization
  • Strong attention to detail and passion for solving problems
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • A track record of influencing internal and external stakeholders through competing priorities, dependencies and tradeoffs

Bonus Points:
  • Relevant Experience: Crypto, DeFi, Payment Rails, Infrastructure, Trading, Compliance, KYC/AML, BSA, Regulatory Knowledge

Education
  • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year, accredited institution (Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Security, Information Systems preferred) or equivalent work experience

Working Conditions - This job is available for either remote or in office work. Culture is energetic, interactive, and growth oriented, far more of a fin tech environment than a traditional financial institution

Job Type: Full-time position
