Web3 Software Engineer - TypeScript SDK

About the Role:

Sardine is looking for a world-class browser security expert with a specialized focus on device fingerprinting to join our device intelligence team. As a Browser Security Developer, you will play a critical role in enhancing the capability of our JavaScript and mobile SDKs to detect bots, compromised devices, fraudulent devices, and more using advanced device fingerprinting techniques.

You will:

• Research, design, and implement signal collection on our TypeScript SDK by following development best practices, including unit test, continuous deponent, etc.

• Design, implement, and own signal collection logic in TypeScript SDK.

• Innovate ways to detect automation tools like Selenium or Puppeteer and identify adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures leveraged by bots.

• Discover adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures leveraged by bots.

• Research the latest fraud, abuse, and attack trends and play with web browsers to find ways to protect against them.

• Understand customer-specific requirements, deliver with impact, and exceed customer expectations.

• Work closely with different engineering teams and product teams.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of working experience building client-facing SDK using TypeScript

• Experience with the latest JavaScript/TypeScript specifications

• Knowledge of fraud and bot detection would be a plus

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent knowledge

• Expertise in web technologies and protocols (DOM, Javascript, HTTP/HTTPS, IPv4/v6, etc.)

• Experience with Android and iOS development is a plus.

Compensation: Base pay range of $50,000 - $70,000 + Series B equity with tremendous upside potential + Attractive benefits
