Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and experienced Solution Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Solution Engineer at eoracle, you play a pivotal role in enhancing the support for eoracle's products and services. Your primary focus is to ensure external stakeholders (operators, Dapp owners, …) onboard quickly and smoothly as well as communicate with internal stakeholders, such as product managers, business teams, and R&D regarding the feedback from the external stakeholders. You serve as the main point of contact for external stakeholders during the onboarding phase, facilitating seamless integration and operation of eoracle services.

Responsibilities

• Be the focal point for external stakeholders (operators, Dapps) to easily integrate and operate eoracle services
• Engage with product managers, business team, R&D and other stakeholders to improve eoracle support
• Drive to reduce the onboarding and setup of eoracle’s customers, and operators
• Provide insight and feedback from external operators to product managers, R&D
• You will work with various tools and environments (shell scripts, python, type script, web3, web2, ethereum scanners, grpc, prometheus, dockers, databases, …)

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a solution engineer in the crypto ecosystem
• At least 2 years working with different types of Dapps
• Strong soft skill
