Web3 Strategy and Project Operation Manager

We are looking for senior operations professionals to help manage the growth of our industry leading exchange platforms. QUOINE's place in the block-chain based economy is growing quickly and your role will be to track, report, and reconcile assets - both crypto and fiat for reporting to senior management. You must be comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment doing project management in the development of the QUOINE's post execution infrastructure. You will work directly with technologists to define and test platforms.Candidates already based in Ho Chi Minh City are preferred.

• Research, innovate more financial product and drive end to end implementation (proposal, business requirements, product launch and growth)
• Drive the business P&L
• Design, plan and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
• Set comprehensive goals for business growth and success
• Work with the central operation team on product strategy, operation campaigns, user education schemes. Rollout and provide empowerment to the global team to drive growth
• Establish policies and procedures that promote company culture and vision
• Oversee daily operations and the work of executives
• Create business performance reports for the management
• Monitor KPI and competitor movement to iterate overall product, marketing and operation strategy
• Analyse and interpret data and metrics

• 5+ years in strategic operations working with Crypto/ Bank/ Fintech. A deep knowledge on Defi and cryptocurrency is plus
• Understanding of blockchain (on-and off chain) trading processes and money (fiat or crypto)movements
• Fast learner: be able to learn and understand crypto space and product offerings fast and integrate the internal resources
• Hands on experience in fundraising, strategic planning and business development
• Logical / Strategic thinking capabiity and abilty to adapt to our technical concepts and value propostion
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Great communication and presentation skills
• Problem-solving mindest
• Team player
