RECUR is hiring a Web3 Technical Program Manager

RECUR is building the future of digital collectibles on-chain, known as Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) – the newest Unicorn industry.
Global brands are interested in venturing into NFTs to establish new connections with their fans. The Product team is looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead feature releases and software updates. This candidate will be responsible for writing release plans, executing them across Product & Engineering teams, as well as other parts of the business, and then reporting on the conclusion and impact of the release. The candidate will also be responsible for advancing our sprint process by organizing scrum ceremonies, engineering artifacts, and reporting on defects.
What you will do at RECUR
- Deeply understand the technicalities of how RECUR ships software
- Gather business requirements, and create and monitor feature release plans
- Write project specifications that solve business problems
- Champion a QA mindset
- Exceptional command of tools like Github, Jira, and Confluence
- Work across all Scrum ceremonies
- Conduct a variety of testing (pre-release/smoke testing, integration tests, bug discovery, regression monitoring)
What you bring to RECUR
- Previous experiences should include Technical Program Manager, Product Management, or Product Operations
- 5+ years of experience working directly with Engineering or IT organizations
- Expert in Github, Jira, and Confluence
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills
- Comfortable analyzing data using tools like Datadog and SQL
