Role Overview

We're looking for someone to become the operational and ideational lead for the TON Merch Store initiative. The TON Merch Store is designed to connect and engage our global Web3 community by offering exclusive TON-branded merchandise. This role will involve overseeing all aspects of the store.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end operations of the merch store, from product listing to order fulfillment.
  • Manage the supply chain process, including procurement, supplier management, and logistics.
  • Coordinate and oversee the delivery process, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Develop and implement policies for handling returns and exchanges efficiently.
  • Optimize the inventory management system to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
  • Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with warehousing and logistics partners to streamline operations and reduce costs.
  • Continuously improve the user experience of the merch store, collaborating with designers and developers.
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Analyze store performance and user behavior to drive improvements and sales growth.
  • Maintain the product catalog, ensuring accurate and appealing product descriptions and images.
  • Create and execute promotional strategies to drive traffic and sales.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, making data-driven decisions to optimize operations.

Key requirements:

  • Experience in e-commerce operations, preferably with a focus on product UX.
  • Proven experience in managing supply chain operations, including procurement and logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of delivery processes and best practices for order fulfillment.
  • Experience in developing and implementing return and exchange policies.
  • Ability to optimize inventory management and forecast demand accurately.
  • Familiarity with shipping regulations and quality standards.
  • Strong understanding of user experience principles and ability to identify and resolve UX/UI issues.
  • Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience with inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to streamline operational processes.
