The Open Network Society acts in the interests of the community by supporting initiatives that help achieve The Open Network's mission - put crypto in every pocket.
We're seeking a dynamic Hub Lead to drive developer and founder onboarding, guiding them to success within the TON ecosystem and helping them scale to hundreds of thousands of users.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Management: Autonomously manage the Hub, ensuring all operations align with organizational goals.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with key local partners, communities, universities, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and media outlets.
- Event Planning: Strategically plan and execute small to medium offline and online events aimed at developers, founders and projects.
- Project Onboarding: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new projects & developers.
- Feedback and Improvement: Collect feedback from developers and founders, translating this into actionable insights to enhance the TON onboarding experience.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications;
- Strong regional network (universities, communities, projects, media, KOLs;
- Experience working with start-ups - DeFi, RWA, GameFi
- Deep understanding of TON - ecosystem, projects, how to pitch TON to developers;
- Need to be a KOL themselves - active on X.com, local communities, podacsts etc;
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus);
- Preferably is based in London, Berlin, Lisbon or Paris;
- Proven ability to organize developer-focused events;
- Technical background or hands-on blockchain experience is a plus;
- Being able to travel for events and networking.
