Web3 VP Credit & Lending

We are looking to hire a Credit & Lending Analyst with a passion for digital assets and decentralized finance to join our growing team in our Zurich office.

Tasks

• Work side-by-side with Head of Credit & Lending on growing the Business Unit
• Drive the growth of our credit portfolio, developing products tailored to Private and/or Corporate Clients
• Build great relationship with internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Trading, Tech)
• Monitor and manage existing credit and lending products
• Lead multidisciplinary teams on implementing strategic projects to scale the Business Unit and enhance Customer Experience
• Act as Expert in client conversations, understanding their needs and tailor solutions that addresses them
• Derive out-of-the box solutions to address complex client needs

Requirements

• Knowledge in Credit and Lending products
• Solid knowledge of financial products, related to credit & lending and securities lending
• Excellent communication skills to build trust and ongoing business relationships
• Strong analytical skills and ability to build reports and automate processes (e.g., Excel with VBA, MS Access, Python)
• Very strong entrepreneurial drive and can-do mindset
• Ability to thrive in a start-up environment

Nice to have:

• Strong interest to deep-dive into blockchain protocols
• Background and experience with IT projects and Agile Development methodology
