RECUR is hiring a Web3 VP of Finance (FP&A)
Compensation: $84k - $112k estimated

RECUR is a technology company that designs & develops dedicated branded experiences that allow fans to buy, collect, and re-sell digital products and collectibles (NFTs). RECUR is the only blockchain-agnostic NFT platform ultimately giving its brand partners the widest range of distribution and their fan bases the widest range of utility. RECUR also co-authored the recurring royalty standard for NFTs, allowing for creators, artists, athletes, and brands to participate in the secondary sales of their assets in perpetuity.
RECUR is seeking a VP of Finance (FP&A) to join our team full-time. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team, where you will be focused on leading RECUR's Finance function, FP&A across the organization, and building out pricing models for RECUR's rapidly expanding product suite. This role will be responsible for being a partner to Sales, Marketing, and Product leadership to drive strategic initiatives and ensure RECUR is optimizing around key success metrics as it scales.
What You Will Do At RECUR
- Build usage-based & subscription pricing models for RECUR's suite of API & SaaS platform products
- Lead RECUR's strategic planning and budgeting processes, periodically and annually
- Drive FP&A process creation to support RECUR's leadership in strategic decision making around new products, features, verticals, and more
- Work with senior management to provide periodic reporting to business leaders and RECUR's board of directors
- Build out management reporting and commentary to provide RECUR's leadership with insights into trends, operational results, and growth drivers
- Perform market and customer analysis to proactively identify both new opportunities and potential risks to future business performance
- Manage all accounting and finance leaders and maintain oversight over audit activities
- Manage cash flow and resource allocation
- Conduct profit and loss analyses
- Recommend cost-optimizing solutions
- 15+ years hands-on professional finance/accounting experience
- Experience in Finance leadership at an enterprise software company
- Experience working with GTM leaders across sales and marketing to assist with forecasting, pricing, negotiation, deal structuring, discounting, and marketing resource allocation
- Preference for having worked across both Sales-led and Product-led growth motions
- Familiarity with tools including Netsuite, Airbase, Avalara, Sage Intacct, Ramp, Brex, Pigment, and similar
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to execute tasks within tight deadlines
- A desire to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership, accountability, and independence
