About the role

As a high-profile senior member of the Account Management team, you will lead client relationships on your respective businesses and bring strategic vision and direction. As an Account Director, you will provide recommendations, goals, and objectives that support the Managing Director and Chief Experience Officer and align with the greater agency goals. You will also oversee and mentor team members across various departments.


Main responsibilities

  • Lead the business as strategic point of contact for clients
  • Build strong relationships and trust with clients; sit in the client office at least once weekly
  • Work closely with the Managing Director to ensure processes and tools are in place that move projects through the agency in the most efficient manner.
  • Partner with the Creatives to deliver on the creative ambition.
  • Partner with the Executive Producer to help deliver the vision of our Web3 projects and social ambition
  • Provide education and patience with the client while they learn a new space
  • Work in tandem with the Creative Strategy Director, Data Director, and Brand Planning Director to deliver consumer insights and trend-based ideas.
  • Contribute to client’s business growth by identifying new opportunities.
  • Lead by example and support team members.
  • Foster an environment built on opportunity, trust, respect, and transparency.
  • Provide regular, consistent feedback (including reviews) and clear expectations to your team.

Key qualifications and/or experience

  • ~6-8+ years’ experience on brands in an agency environment.
  • Web3, AI and heavy social experience requested
  • Deep interest in culture and trends
  • Gaming experience a plus
  • Proactive self-starter with the ability to manage people and projects with limited supervision.
  • Ability to multi-task and problem solve in a fast paced environment.
  • Presentation skills that influence and lead others.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal skills.

The annual salary range for this role is $140,000 - $175,000 and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic location and experience.
