Job Description:

Position Overview: As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of 3thix, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our blockchain gaming company. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, managing key business functions, and leveraging your experience in the web3 industry to help us achieve our strategic goals. Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute the company's strategic vision. Identify growth opportunities within the blockchain gaming industry and develop strategies to capture market share.

2. Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across various departments. Implement processes and systems to streamline operations.

3. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team. Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance management to department heads, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

4. Financial Management: Manage the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure fiscal responsibility and drive revenue growth.

5. Partnerships and Alliances: Identify and establish strategic partnerships within the web3 and blockchain gaming ecosystem. Collaborate with key industry players to expand our network and business opportunities.

6. Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on the evolving regulatory landscape in the blockchain and gaming industries. Ensure the company operates in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

7. Product Development: Work closely with the product and technology teams to drive the development of blockchain-based gaming products. Ensure product roadmaps align with the company's strategic goals.

8. Customer Experience: Champion customer-centric approaches and oversee the development of an exceptional user experience for our blockchain gaming platform.

Qualifications:

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent advanced degree in a related field.

• A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in an executive or similar role in a technology-driven company.

• Proven expertise in the web3 and blockchain industry with a deep understanding of blockchain technologies, decentralized finance, and NFTs.

• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and financial planning.

• Outstanding leadership and team-building capabilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A passion for blockchain technology and a strong interest in the gaming industry.
