Aave is looking for experienced product manager to lead payments product associated with electronic money services. You would be pioneering with the Aave team to connect FinTech into decentralized technologies.
Responsibilities
- Create, follow and update the product roadmap
- Prioritize tasks for the product team
- Brainstorm and approve the roadmap with stakeholders
- Write features descriptions for design and technical teams
- Lead the development of prototype of mechanism that could be developed
- Help marketing team to plan their activities
- Coordinate with compliance team on regulatory requirements
- Monitor the market on regular basis in order to find new opportunities
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Product Management role
- Excellent knowledge of EMI ecosystem
- Product management experience with EMI or classical banking
- Degree in economics, engineering, statistics, or related quantitative field
- A strong ability to innovate and constantly find new opportunities
- Independent with strong research and organizational skills
- Ability to extract information from quantitative data, and present it in a clear and concise way
- Must be independent, organised and detail-oriented, as well as have the ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Team player, excellent communication skills, positive attitude and good work ethic
