Job Description:

Blaze is looking for a Growth Intern with a strong analytical background and a proven track record in blockchain data analysis or substantial activity in the Web3 ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Financial Reporting

• Revenue Tracking: Consistently track and analyze revenue streams to understand growth patterns.
• Marketing and Sales Funnel: Collect and consolidate data from marketing channels to evaluate cost-effectiveness and ROI. Provide actionable financial insights by correlating marketing spend with revenue generation.

2) Attribution and Product Analytics:

• Analytics Dashboards: Design, maintain, and update product analytics dashboards to provide real-time insights into user behavior and product performance.
• Conversion Tracking: Monitor and attribute conversions to specific marketing efforts to activate users using the product.
• Product Improvement: Work with the engineering team to translate data insights into tangible product improvements and feature developments.

3) Content and Marketing

• Content Creation: Develop engaging content that resonates with the target audience, including blog posts, articles, newsletters, and social media updates.
• Campaign Management: Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels to drive user acquisition and brand awareness.
• SEO: Optimize content for search engines and manage any paid search engine marketing efforts.

4) Data Analysis and Thesis:

• Market Research: Conduct primary and secondary research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
• Data Mining: Extract and process large sets of data to gain insights into from social, on chain and off-chain data
• Data Visualization: Leverage no-code data tools to gather and process data without the need for traditional programming. Become proficient in using platforms like Flourish, Google Data Studio.
• Report Generation: Synthesize data into meaningful insights and compile them into clear, actionable reports.

5) Web3 Analytics

• Utilize blockchain analytics to guide marketing strategies and user acquisition efforts.
• Perform competitive analysis in the blockchain space, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
• Spearhead data-driven projects (both on-chain and off-chain data)
• Collaborate with engineering teams to conduct detailed data analysis
• Engage with online blockchain and Web3 communities, helping building a our community presence

Qualifications:

• Demonstrable experience with blockchain data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Active engagement in Web3 projects, communities, and initiatives with a strong understanding of the decentralized ecosystem.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate data insights into marketing strategies.
