JOB OVERVIEW:

Our Account Management team is dedicated to creating an inspiring environment for extraordinary work to thrive. We've cultivated a team to provide unmatched innovative solutions. As the Account Supervisor, you will take the lead in overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our client accounts, while also inspiring and motivating a team of talented individuals across multiple departments. You'll ensure that our clients' needs are met, their expectations are exceeded, and their projects are executed to perfection. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Work alongside the Account Director to steer execution of client work, ensuring it exceeds client expectations with unmatched quality
  • Support the development and execution of strategic marketing plans that align with project objectives and drive meaningful impact
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, social, media, developers and vendors to execute innovative and inspired campaigns
  • Lead insightful and actionable project briefs, in-tandem with department leads for successful project kick-offs
  • Manage account logistics flawlessly
  • Anticipate client and team needs and provide proactive solutions to keep the agency team one step ahead
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a main point of contact for all communications
  • Demonstrate financial acumen through ensuring that budgets are structured properly and tracked regularly
  • Ensure frequent, continuous, and effective communications with team members and stakeholders to set expectations and navigate priorities
  • Lead status meetings with clients, including partnering with key team members to ensure the status document is updated accurately
  • Ability to travel up to 15% for occasionally overnight, national and international client or event responsibilities

WHO ARE YOU:

  • 5+ years of experience in client services/account management in advertising agency, marketing company, and/or client side marketing department
  • Worked on online and offline creative, digital marketing, social media, multichannel and integrated marketing campaigns
  • Business acumen to develop and manage budgets
  • Ability to continuously lead, motivate and inspire team members throughout a project
  • Energetic and passionate presenter
  • Strong active listening skills with an ability digest and guide problem resolutions
  • Ability to plan and juggle complex projects in a dynamic multi-departmental and collaborative team environment
  • Continuously add value through effective project management, dedicated prioritization and efficient execution
  • Thrive in a fast paced startup-like environment
  • Results and deadlines driven with an ability to execute. Willing to go the extra mile and do what it takes to execute on deadlines in a timely manner
  • Curious about blockchain, Web3, NFTs and metaverse and desire to stay up to date on the latest trends and competitive landscape

The salary range for this position is $105K-$130K. Note, this is an estimated figure, and the final offer will based on various factors, such as experience, qualifications, as well as geographical location and other relevant factors.
