This is an opportunity to help guide the development of a fast growing engineering team building NFT financialization products on Solana. You'd join a small (<10) team in person in New York.
Bridgesplit is developing the DeFi stack for unique assets on Solana, enabling new financial products like collateralized lending of NFTs.
We are hiring for a founding engineering manager to work lead a team of currently four people with a plan to grow in the near future, participate in a roadmap discussion and, potentially, take on more responsibilities to ensure that we, as a company, are moving in the right direction. At our stage, an engineering manager would likely spend some time as an engineer as well.
Our Tech Stack: Solana (Rust), React (Javascript)
Ideally, you are someone with
- 1+ year of experience managing engineering teams
- 5+ years experience engineering web applications
- 2+ years experience developing in Rust
- 2+ years of experience with significant DevOps responsibilities
- Familiarity with the Solana blockchain
- Familiarity with web3 applications/flows
- Excitement about crypto and web3
- Able to work full-time
- View work as a passion
- Want to be hands on in the development of the company and grow with us
- Based in or willing to relocate to New York
