About the Team
The Celestia team is remote first and highly distributed, with english as our primary language for communication. We are looking for self-starters that are excited about working in a fast paced startup environment. We do not require employees to live in specific timezones, but much of the team lives and works in the European and US timezones. As such, employees are expected to be available as needed for team and company events that are scheduled. Generally these are scheduled between 12pm-5pm UTC.
About You
Celestia Labs is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Developer Relations Program Manager to support the various special technical programs at Celestia. The ideal candidate will be creative, entertaining and dynamic, whose role will be to increase the bond and trust between within the Celestia developer community within those programs and events. This person will be responsible for handling all things related to the developer community and help support their growth. This role allows for an opportunity to grow technical knowledge and interface heavily with developers.
This is a full-time, fully remote position that will work closely with Celestia’s Developer Relations team.

Responsibilities
- Manage Celestia’s technical programs such as the Modular Fellows, Incentivized Testnet and Hackathons
- Work with Marketing and Operations to organise the Modular Summit
- Define Celestia’s event sponsorship framework and work with Developer Relations team to put framework in place
- Create side events at conferences and events and hackathons that Celestia is sponsoring or participating in
- Manage and report event sponsorship budget on a quarterly and monthly basis
- Manage the Celestia Community Managers and Local Community Managers follow ups and community metrics
- Manage swag disbursement and team scheduling for DevRel team at hackathons
- Work with design team to ensure event assets accurately represents the Celestia brand.
Qualifications
- Past experience working with Web3 projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with organizing events and managing programs
- Outstanding organizational skillsAbility to operate and work effectively in a remote setting
- Experience maintaining and improving relationships with partners

The salary range for this position is $70k - $110k plus token grant.
While experience in the blockchain space is preferred – having general excitement about web3 and modular blockchain technology is a must!
