As the Developer Advocate, you will be producing technical materials and providing expert Web3 support to Sales and other teams following real-world customer scenarios.

You will be a part of the Developer Experience Team, and your day-to-day operations will involve researching and producing technical material related to the protocols and all services offered by Chainstack (e.g., storage, indexing, advanced APIs).

The Developer Advocate role at Chainstack has an elaborate set of KPIs and processes that you will be onboarded to. It's a fleshed-out role that's past the exploratory stage and is focused on execution. The role does involve specific real-world scenarios research related to customer infrastructure and producing materials based on the research.

For the types of content you will be producing, check the following examples:

• Ethereum clients— Geth and Erigon
• Deep dive into eth_call
• Ethereum API reference

Responsibilities:

• Verify and explain the technical functionality of the Chainstack product features
• Produce highly technical, accurate, and working instructions and tutorials
• Support other teams at Chainstack (primarily customer-facing teams) with hands-on Web3 and product features guidance
• Participate in team-wide initiatives to support organizational goals

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of the public blockchain space and the Web3 stack
• Operational knowledge of EVM protocols & clients
• Demonstrated ability to research and understand new and unfamiliar subjects
• Desire to teach and communicate effectively with others
• High capacity for change
• Overwhelming interest in Web3
