About the Role
The Crypto team at Checkout.com is focused on unlocking the value of Web3 for businesses and communities around the world. We already serve many of the largest crypto companies and we see the importance of crypto networks growing significantly over time. We are committed to building solutions that will enable crypto and non-crypto companies alike to take advantage of Web3 innovation, seamlessly and at scale.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be part of an early team defining the future of crypto for Checkout.com. You will own the product strategy for key crypto products and coordinate across a team of engineers, designers, researchers, and cross functional operations stakeholders to bring your vision to life. As an experienced product manager, you will be an expert in crypto developments and have foresight towards solutions for the customers you work closely with.
What you'll be doing:
- Own a set of crypto products across their entire product life cycle
- Maintain a product roadmap in collaboration with the Head of Crypto Product
- Have deep empathy for customers and particularly their major problems/needs
- Drive the scoping of new products and features including their interdependencies on other systems and operations
- Identify and resolve risk early and support your engineering, design, research, product marketing, and other colleagues in project delivery

About you:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in highly cross-functional team environments
- Experience or demonstrated passion in crypto
- Strong strategic and analytics skills in thinking about applications of new technology
- Obsession with customer and user experience as drivers of business value
- Extreme comfort in 0 to 1 environments
- Ability to build bridges across the organization with high EQ and influencing skills
- Experience in or strong understanding of traditional payments is a plus
