Here at at cmorq we are building the future of banking. We are on a mission to create the largest decentralized banking system by banking 1 billion people through or mobile application. We are looking for a motivated, organized individual to help drive our customer success and product initiatives forward as we strive to reach 1 billion users!
Responsibilities:
- Answer and resolve customer inquiries
- Work cross functionally with our customer success, QA, and growth teams to better understand the Brazilian market
- Work closely with our QA team to process customer inquiries as tangible feedback so we can create a better product and experience for our users
- Respond to user reviews and process reviews as tangible, implementable product feedback
- Contributing in other areas such as growth and operations to further cmorq's marketing initiatives in Brazil
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of professional experience in a customer success, operations, account management, or product role
- Bilingual in Portuguese and English is required
- Strong communication skills
- Strong investigative skills
- Willingness to learn and hungry to contribute
- A good eye and solid understanding of sound user experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated interest in the DeFi and crypto space is a plus
