Concept Art House is searching for a Technical Recruiter to make an immediate impact by helping build our teams. This position requires collaboration, dedication, and interpersonal skills. You will be expected to act as an ambassador of the brand and have the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced work environment. What you will do
- Provide hands-on, full-cycle recruiting support for critical, hard-to-fill technical positions
- Source, engage, and evaluate top-tier technical and creative talent
- Work on a variety of technical and creative roles cross-functionally
- Manage communication and partnership with hiring managers and leaders
- Drive offer process, including extending verbal offers, and closing candidates
- Maintain and improve Concept Art House’s candidate experience
- Use hiring metrics to develop new and more efficient hiring solutions

The skills you will need:
- 5+ years of experience full cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, high growth environment -prior game, software, in-house and agency blend, is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
- Successful track record recruiting and filling assigned roles at varying levels within the company
- You work best in dynamic remote business environments and thrive on your ability to meet and exceed your business partners' expectations
- Practiced experience developing consultative relationships with hiring managers and helping them develop strategic recruiting plans
- Professional and creative communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple on-going projects, be flexible to change, and adapt to shifting priorities
- Communicate effectively with all levels, including senior management
- Ability to analyze data and track metrics
- Execute on priorities with a strong sense of urgency, ownership, and accountability
- Provide a high-touch experience to both candidates and hiring managers
- Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with tact, diplomacy, and discretion
- Passion for building effective and high-performing teams
- Passion and understanding of NFTs, and/or blockchain technology
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems – Greenhouse preferred
- Positive high energy & passion for recruiting
