Are you excited about crafting creative content for companies moving into the future? Do you like to stay engaged by working across many different mediums? We are looking for an Associate Creative Director - Copywriter with storytelling in their DNA to lead important accounts, manage a copywriting team, develop best practices, and create copy for digital promotions, engagements, loyalty programs, and email across the consumer lifecycle. Reporting to the SVP of Experience Creative, you are passionate about telling a brand’s story through writing. You understand how to craft a narrative in a unique voice that aligns with a brand’s strategic positioning. You can develop and execute concepts based on creative briefs, present your ideas, and articulate your framework to stakeholders and creative collaborators. In addition, you should be proactive and have a good understanding of the latest trends in Web3. 


  • Know all important industry, client, and product information, such as offer description, product functionality, customer benefits, and client brand guidelines, including voice, tone, and legal mandatories (®, TM, ©).
  • Develop and implement copy for e-commerce, sales, partnerships, and social requests.
  • Experience writing thought-provoking headlines, UX content, and long copy for websites.
  • Help manage creative staff and freelance to ensure their work meets agency standards, provide feedback, and offer constructive oversite that elevates the product.
  • Work with team members to identify questions and project information needed to complete assignments. Show leadership in creating fresh, creative concepts that enhance response strategies and achieve client goals.
  • Collaborate and develop scripts for advertising campaigns and video content.
  • Inspire and embrace challenges and new ways of thinking.


  • 8+ years of professional copywriting experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in copywriting, advertising, communications, or ad school
  • Overall knowledge of how to best write for print, web, and social direct response channels
  • Experience with the crypto ecosystem and Web2/Web3 technologies
  • Help inspire the creative department by leading creative conception and developing copy solutions that can be expressed through a variety of communication media
  • Provide strategic and creative leadership to clients
  • Have a general sense/understanding of branding, art direction, and typography, and have some knowledge of current design and advertising
  • Knowledge of principles and practices for all communication channels
  • Required: A digital portfolio demonstrating work that shows high-quality copywriting and clever headlines within several advertising campaigns and digital content portfolio with your application.

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $113,000 - $182,850. Salary is based on several factors, including relevant experience, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
