DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an experienced blockchain developer to manage and mentor our blockchain engineering team and be an active part designing the architecture of our solution. The candidate will also manage and communicate with different outsourcing companies involved in the development of our smart contacts and blockchain solution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the blockchain team, being part of the architecture design, smart contract implementation, and mentoring of the team.
- Being an active part of the sprint planning, tasks creation, and building up the blockchain integration pipeline in close relation with the game development team.
- Create secure, maintainable, and well-documented code.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience managing and mentoring a team of engineers.
- Experience implementing and deploying secure smart contracts in Solidity.
- You are passionate, driven to self-develop, and continuously keep up to date with the crypto/blockchain universe.
- You are a problem solver who will think outside the box when confronted with different challenges along with the development of the project.
- You have continually provided levels of technical documentation and test coverage.
- Excellent communication skills and fluent or business level English - written and spoke.
- To collaborate with other department areas and be a team player.
