We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our studio as our new Online Programmer and help us build real-time multiplayer online systems.

We hope to find someone who will be eager to work with designers and programmers to implement key game features from conception to live deployment.

You will own and implement the technical delivery of aspects of our online solutions.

We are looking for candidates at all seniority levels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support gameplay programmers to make sure all implemented online features work well in a multiplayer game
• Implement an online system in the client and connect it to the appropriate gameplay features
• Menage server-side deployment, configuration, and maintenance of game online services
• Train the live-ops team in the usage of community management tools
• Prepare the game online architecture so we can release constant content and event updates to the game
• Working closely with other departments to implement the necessary game requirements
• Actively taking part in the game's design and production
• Write secure, robust, and maintainable code

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficient in C++
• Good communication skills
• Team player
• Proactive and with initiative
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills
• Knowledgeable in design patterns and programming paradigms
• Experience in developing multiplayer games
• Knowledge and experience of implementing online services on both the client (front-end) and server (back-end) sides
• Experience in solving online services issues (debugging on both the client and server side)
• Excellent communication skills and fluent or business level English (written and spoken)
