About Earn Alliance:
Earn Alliance is the largest web3 game discoverability platform and tool for game developers to connect with over 500,000 unique registered users and 175,000 monthly active users and a web3 game (Last Remains) trending top 5 on the Epic Games store. The team aims to aggregate everything about web3 games starting with content and eventually game NFT markets under a single hub. Games leverage our tools to launch NFTs to fund projects, acquire new users, and entice them with daily challenges.
Job Summary:
As the Partnerships Lead, you will spearhead our efforts to forge strategic alliances across various domains including gaming, lifestyle, platforms, brand collaborations, KOLs, streamers, and content creators. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our influence within the gaming, entertainment, esports and blockchain industries, driving brand visibility, and enhancing community engagement.
This is a senior individual contributor role reporting to our CMO, and can be based in any location (100% remote)
Key Objectives:
- Launch Visibility: Maximize our token visibility at launch.
- Robust Content Creator Network: Build a robust and engaged networks of KOLs,, Creators, Streamers to work with Earn Alliance and Last Remains
- Sustainability: Ensure long-term growth and user retention.
- Innovation Collaboration: Build and leverage partnerships for community growth, technological and creative advancements.
- Secure Community Benefits: Collaborate with partner games to win goodies that delight our community, and to grow the size of our community through co-marketing.
Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, structure, negotiate, and seal partnerships that boost brand reach and brand presence. This includes creator relationships (KOLS, Streamers, Content creators) in-game integrations, co-marketing efforts, exclusive content offerings, and cross-promotion with key brands and influencers.
- Build out the first “Earn Alliance Reach Network” of leading and developing content creators
- Build a strong network of community partners to support token launches
- Comprehensive Partnership Management: Oversee the entire partnership lifecycle, from initial outreach and negotiation to implementation and ongoing management. Ensure alignment with Earn Alliance's strategic goals and compliance with blockchain and gaming industry standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Business Development, Legal, and Product Development to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives. Facilitate and maintain communications between all stakeholders to achieve partnership objectives.
- Innovation and Market Expansion: Leverage partnerships for technological and creative advancements. Explore new markets and opportunities within gaming emerging tech companies, entertainment, and lifestyle brands to keep Earn Alliance at the forefront of innovation.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of partnership strategies. Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and adjust strategies to maximize long-term success.
- Community and Relationship Building: Develop new and maintain strong relationships with community partners and community members. Work with community and social media managers to enhance community engagement through regular interactions and feedback mechanisms to ensure our partnerships resonate with our audience.
- Conference Presence: Score opportunities for Earn Alliance at conferences - whether it be a panel speaking opportunity, a free booth, invitations to high value-add side events. Be able to represent Earn Alliance / Last Remains at relevant conferences, and forge valuable new partnerships on the ground.
