Due to the continual success and growth plans for 2021/2022, we are looking to speak with Business Development Managers across our network.

What is involved?

You will be working closely with the Head of Enterprise Sales. This role will be responsible for managing all the customer interactions within a specific region.

Main responsibilities would Include sourcing leads, building strong customer relationships, maintaining a strong healthy pipeline, and ultimately closing business deals.

You will be responsible for ownership of a specific territory. This will include not only direct sales but managing channel and technology partners as well. Balancing your strong entrepreneurial and organizational skills will help you to succeed in this dynamic role.

On top of that, you’ll be working closely with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas, create concepts, develop messaging and graphics.

You will have the runway to:

  • Create relationships within your customers at every level. Engage with senior decision makers and influencers and be comfortable when discussing the impact of our strategy and solutions.
  • Help customers solve business challenges by aligning our value proposition with their business objectives.
  • Build a healthy pipeline by working with marketing to develop lead generation strategies focused on your territory
  • Use your customer experience to continually evolve our products and sales process
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for your territory and create reliable forecasts

What kind of experience and skills are we looking for?

  • 4+ years of experience in a quota carrying sales role.
  • Experience selling enterprise technology - SaaS, software, etc.
  • Strong forecasting skills and a proven history of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Exceptional communication - written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Exhibit the ability to explain a new complex idea in simple terms.
  • Experience with CRM, Sales Navigator, and other outbound tools.
