Everbloom is looking for a lead community and social media manager to help lead our rapidly growing Web 3 startup. Your primary responsibility will be to create, manage and execute a marketing strategy to increase awareness about Everbloom and attract users. You care about creators and want to be part of our mission to empower anyone to express themselves and monetize with NFTs.
You have experience working with communities, creators, influencer marketing, and social media.
As the lead community and social media manager, you’ll report directly to our founders and CMO, and work closely with our executive team to build out and run this important, highly visible function.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Everbloom leadership to build a community strategy that aligns with their product roadmap and vision

• Build and engage our community on Discord and social media

• Manage other community managers

• Collaborate with in-house creatives to create content

• Building out the communities team
  
  Requirements
  

• Minimum 3 years of experience in community and or social media management

• Experience or passion for Web 3

• The position is fully remote, but a minimum of 4 working-hour overlap with CET time zone required

• Fluency in English with A+ communication and copywriting skills

• Experience in working with consumer-facing applications/products

• Experience working with creators and/or influencers

• Passionate about understanding the latest trends in Gen Z culture

• High energy and bias toward action - with the execution skills to make it all count
