We are looking for a Community Manager to build and maintain a strong, engaged community for our crypto project across platforms such as Telegram, Twitter, and beyond. This role involves direct interaction with community members, handling queries, and fostering a positive community environment.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- This role involves direct interaction with community members, handling queries, and fostering a positive community environment
- Manage daily operations of social media platforms and community channels
- Engage with community members and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging
- Organize and host community events and AMAs (Ask Me Anything)
- Monitor community feedback and provide insights to the development team
- Proven experience as a community manager.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of the cryptocurrency industry and community dynamics.
- Ability to multitask and handle crisis situations effectively
