The DAO Community Manager plays a crucial role in advancing the decentralisation of 1inch DAO through effective governance operations, documentation management and stakeholder coordination.
This position bridges technical and community aspects of DAO governance while ensuring operational excellence and transparency.

Key Responsibilities

    • Support delegate and contributor communication
    • Facilitate cross-team feedback on governance initiatives
    • Organise and support weekly governance calls
    • Maintain governance communication channels
    • Ensure alignment between DAO stakeholders
    • Suggest and launch initiatives to increase DAO participation
    • Design and implement governance operational processes to enhance DAO efficiency and decentralisation
    • Own and evolve 1inch tokenomics through governance-driven proposals and economic oversight.

Requirements

    • Proven track record in operations or project management
    • Experience with technical documentation platforms (Docusaurus preferred)
    • Experience with collaboration tools (Github, project management software)
    • Deep understanding of DeFi governance mechanisms and best practices
    • Strong analytical and process optimisation capabilities
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders
    • Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail
    • Ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences
    • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
    • Commitment to transparency and open communication
    • Passion for DeFi and decentralised governance
    • Crypto / DeFi Experience
