  • Stay up to date with trends in crypto, blockchain, fintech, and digital culture

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience building and growing crypto communities, with clear ownership of outcomes
  • Proven experience launching community programs such as ambassador programs, online forums, event series, or other engagement initiatives
  • Hands-on experience running both online and offline events from planning to execution
  • Experience in driving sponsorships or partnerships for crypto and fintech events
  • Strong understanding of crypto, blockchain, and Web3 trends and terminology
  • Ability to create energy, drive participation, and build real community engagement
  • Strong execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once
  • Comfortable working with autonomy, ambiguity, and fast-moving priorities
  • Strong relationship-building skills and confidence in being the face of the community
  • Ability to turn feedback, insights, and data into clear action
  • Strong spoken and written English; additional Indian languages are a plus
Why Binance
