Employment Type: Contract (1099 Independent Contractor)

Job Type: Part-time / Project-based

Location: Remote

Compensation Type: Fixed-fee per deliverable (not hourly)

Compensation:

  • Paid per completed deliverable/milestone, not by the hour.

About NumisToken:

NumisToken tokenizes PCGS/NGC-graded physical coins as NFTs (ERC-1155) on the Polygon blockchain. Every token is backed 1:1 by a real, professionally graded coin held in an insured vault, redeemable anytime through a burn-to-claim mechanism. We're looking for a GTM contractor to grow our presence on OpenSea, X, and Discord — our TikTok live commerce channel is run by a separate team member, so this role is fully focused on the Web3/community side of the business.

What You'll Deliver:

  • Optimized OpenSea listings/storefront to improve discoverability and conversion
  • A running X content calendar with consistent posting and engagement
  • A functioning, growing Discord community (setup + ongoing moderation/engagement)
  • Outreach and confirmed collabs with Web3/RWA/phygital influencers (1K–10K followers)
  • Monthly reporting on growth metrics (followers, engagement, conversion) tied to each deliverable

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in Web3/NFT marketing, crypto-native community building, or growth marketing
  • Comfortable working independently and getting paid on delivered results rather than tracked hours
  • Familiarity with OpenSea, X, and Discord community management
  • Strong written communication for content and outreach
  • Bonus: interest or background in collectibles, precious metals, or RWA (real-world-asset) tokenization

Engagement Terms:

  • Independent contractor (1099); contractor responsible for own taxes
  • Payment released per completed/approved deliverable, on a schedule to be agreed before start
  • Strong performance may lead to a full-time position with NumisToken
  • [Term length, e.g., 3-month initial engagement, renewable]

To Apply:

Send a short note on relevant experience, 2–3 examples of past Web3/growth marketing work, and your availability to [email protected].
