AsanEVM protocol researcher, you'll be responsible for researching core Ethereum projects, engaging with new EVM communities that are innovating, and providing insights that can be leveraged by our Marketing, Product and Engineering teams.
We’re looking for someone who can:
- Research EIPs and write informed guides and material
- Understand various scaling solutions, current\/ potential use cases, and form an opinion on the technology
- Research improvements and updates within the Ethereum ecosystem, including EIPs, hardforks, and node client upgrades for EVM scaling solutions
- Share insights and content with the Marketing, Content and Dev Rel leads
- Develop relationships with neo-EVM communities including Neon, Starkware, Evmos and others
- Speak at events and on panels as an expert on EVM on behalf of Figment
About you:
- 2+ years of experience in market research, crypto/blockchain, or EVM engineering function
- Experience and passion for Ethereum and other PoS solutions & technologies
- Strong written and verbal capabilities
- 3+ years of analyst, research and technical writing
- Deep technical understanding blockchain / smart contracts
- Relationships with contributors across various Blockchain and crypto communities
- Experience with copy and translating technical concepts into digestible content
- Able to document ideas and communicate succinctly and effectively
- Start-up or blockchain organizational experience a nice to have
