This role will focus researching potential buyer segments, mapping client opportunities, and supporting the GTM team in conversations with prospects. As a key member of our sales team, you'll work closely with product, marketing, engineering, and customer success to ensure client satisfaction and drive adoption of our staking infrastructure. How you will make an impact Youāre energized by the challenge of cracking into complex accounts and thrive on finding creative ways to get the āin.ā You bring persistence, curiosity, and a strategic mindset to everything you do. In this role, you will:
Research and build high-priority institutional account lists across North America for Figmentās staking services Execute personalized, multi-touch outbound campaigns using email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach to drive engagement Qualify inbound leads and guide them through the early stages of the sales funnel Map stakeholders and support relationship development at target accounts Partner closely with Account Executives to generate pipeline, surface key opportunities, and inform revenue forecasts Keep Salesforce CRM clean and recent while contributing to sales process improvements Track market trends and competitor moves to inform outbound strategy and positioning Collaborate with marketing, product, and BD teams to share market feedback and optimize messaging Assist with regional events, conferences, and networking efforts to expand Figmentās presence and generate new leads
Who you are
2-3 years of experience in sales development, preferably in finance or blockchain Based in North America, preference for New York Strong prospecting and research skills with attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM Keen interest in crypto/blockchain with a basic understanding of staking Self-starter mentality with strong organizational skills Resilient and adaptable with a growth mindset Team player with high emotional intelligence Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Teams youāll collaborate with most often In addition to collaborating with other Sales team members, this role will collaborate most often with our Protocol, Customer Success, Product, Partnerships and Marketing teams.

Compensation One of Figmentās core principles is āMaking the Invisible Visibleā - ensuring transparency and information sharing in all communication. Figment is committed to transparency regarding pay, benefits, and other compensation types for all internal roles as well as all roles being hired for. Base Salary:Ā The US base salary range for this position is USDĀ $70,000 - $90,000. This range reflects base salary only, and does not include additional compensation or benefits.Ā For candidates in other countries, the pay range will be disclosed upon your first interview with Figment (being a globally remote company, the list of salary ranges would simply be too long to note here!).Ā The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum range for a new hire across all Canada or the US. A candidateās specific pay within the range will be determined by various factors including job-related skills, relevant education, and training. Interview process At Figment, we try to go above and beyond in making sure that you have the best possible experience interviewing with us. We strive for a smooth, organized, and informative process.
During your first Recruiter Call, you will be provided with more information about Figment, the position and what to expect for the rest of the interview process. Please be prepared to discuss why you are interested in joining Figment and what excites you about the position and company. As we go through the process, we work to make sure that you hear back from us in a timely fashion. If we decide at any point that weāre unfortunately not moving forward, we will give you feedback on why it was not a fit. We aim for the entire process to take around 2-4 weeks from initial screen to offer. There can be exceptions on either side of the bell curve here, but as a rule, thatās the time-frame you can expect.
